12 Hours Market Pick Rules
How it works
Engage in comparative prediction markets like "12 Hours Market
Picks," allowing you to choose between assets (e.g., $SUI vs.
$SOL or $IO vs. $GRASS) and vote on which assets will perform
better over a set time frame. The result will be determined by
the percentage increment of the two tokens over a 12-hour
period.
Time Coefficient Curve:
The earlier the vote is placed, the higher the proportion of rewards. The coefficient bonus varies based on the time of the bet, and the coefficient is denoted as R(t):
$$R(t) = Ce^{-kt} (C = 1000; k = 0.0208)$$Restrictions:
- Votes can only be placed in the first 9 hours.
- The final 3 hours of the prediction period are closed for voting to prevent last-minute manipulation. Any on-chain transactions signed during the last 3 hours will be rejected and refunded.
- To avoid delays due to on-chain congestion, we recommend placing your votes in the first 9 hours.
Example
Predict which memecoin rises more: Hippo or Moodeng?
If 3 users vote a total of 600 USDT on 'Hippo' and 10,000
users vote a total of 10,000 USDT on 'Moodeng,' and the result
is that the price of Hippo rises more, only the winners (those
who guessed 'Hippo') will share the 10,000 USDT prize based on
their contribution and time multiplier.
- Vote and Coefficient Distribution:
- A voted 100 USDT at the 1st minute, coefficient = 998.09
- B voted 200 USDT at the 200th minute, coefficient = 659
- C voted 300 USDT at the 540th minute, coefficient = 324.3
- Profit Distribution:
- $$A: \frac{10000 \cdot 100 \cdot 998.09}{998.09 \cdot 100 + 659 \cdot 200 + 324.3 \cdot 300} = 3000U$$
- $$B: \frac{10000 \cdot 200 \cdot 659}{998.09 \cdot 100 + 659 \cdot 200 + 324.3 \cdot 300} = 3960U$$
- $$C: \frac{10000 \cdot 300 \cdot 324.3}{97.26 \cdot 100 + 76.31 \cdot 200 + 46.34 \cdot 300} = 3930U$$
